Frequently Asked Questions

I focus on helping agents market properties professionally and consistently. My goal is to provide high-quality photography, aerial imagery, and cinematic media that reflects well on both the property and the agent representing it. I take reliability, communication, and presentation seriously because I understand I'm representing your brand as much as the property itself.
-
Standard photography is typically delivered within 24 hours. If there is ever a situation that affects delivery, you'll hear it from me immediately rather than wondering where your files are. I understand how important listing deadlines are, and I structure my workflow around meeting them.
-
Yes. I hold a current FAA Part 107 certificate and carry both drone liability and business liability insurance. I operate legally, safely, and professionally so agents and sellers can have confidence that everything is being handled properly.
-
In addition to professional listing photography, I offer: aerial photography, aerial video, cinematic property videos, image enhancement, object removal when appropriate, and marketing media designed for MLS, websites, and social media. As the business grows, additional services such as floor plans and 3D tours may be added based on client demand.

Every property has strengths. My job is to identify and showcase them while presenting the home honestly and professionally. Before a shoot, I work with the agent to ensure the property is as prepared as possible. Good communication before the appointment solves most problems before they become problems.
-
Primarily communication and access. I provide a property preparation checklist that helps sellers understand how to prepare the home before photography day. When the property is ready, the shoot is more efficient, the images are stronger, and everyone benefits.
-
If a reasonable adjustment is needed, I take care of it. I want agents to feel confident delivering the final media to their clients. Open communication and clear expectations usually prevent issues, but if something needs attention, I address it professionally and promptly.
-
Absolutely. I maintain a portfolio of recent work and continue expanding it as I grow. My objective is to create media that helps buyers understand the property and motivates them to schedule a showing.
-
Weather is part of doing business in the Pacific Northwest. If conditions negatively impact the quality of the final product, I'll discuss options with the agent and recommend the best course of action. My focus is always delivering media that represents the property well rather than simply checking a box on the calendar.

I've spent my life building things, solving problems, and working with clients. Real estate media allows me to combine photography, technology, and customer service in a way that helps people achieve their goals. I enjoy the creative side of the work, but more importantly, I enjoy helping professionals present their listings at the highest level.
